Blitz Jiu-Jitsu
Is an aggressive top game style of submission grappling taught by Camarillo Black Belt instructor Brock Larson. Brock has a strong wrestling background and has been training Jiu-Jitsu for nearly a decade. Through the years, Brock has developed a system that melds the strengths of both arts in a dynamic way that lends itself well to both Gi and No Gi grappling.
Basic Jiu-Jitsu
Or BJJ, as we like to laughingly call it, is the program where students receive the fundamental training required to become proficient in the art of Jiu-Jitsu. These classes are taught by Matt Taylor and Luke Popham. Matt Taylor is a Purple Belt in Jiu-Jitsu and has been teaching Jiu-Jitsu for over three years. Luke Popham is also a Brown Belt in Jiu-Jitsu as well as a fitness expert and personal trainer.
Women’s Kickboxing
Is a fun and practical way to stay in shape and pick up some applicable self defense along the way. Women’s KB is for women only, as the name implies and is taught by fitness and kickboxing expert Lisa Fiebiger. You can call Lisa directly if you have questions about Women’s KB. Teen Jiu-Jitsu
This program is designed for teens 13 to 19 years of age. Teens can go to both Teens Jiu-Jitsu and Basic Jiu-Jitsu class so long as they have a partner to work with of similar size, skill and age.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu
This program is designed for children roughly 5 to 12 years of age, depending on their stage of development and their abilities. This class is taught by Jess McShane a Purple Belt, in Jiu-Jitsu this is a great way for children to learn discipline and respect in a fun and safe environment.
Striking
Is a great way to improve your stand up game. Taught by pro boxer John Bennett, these classes are designed to help with striking as it applies to MMA.
Strength and Conditioning
This program is designed to help with core strength as it applies to MMA. Taught be fitness expert and Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt, Luke Popham, this class is naught for the faint of heart.
